There are 10 steps to have a healthier lifestyle.  Spring is vastly approaching and with its arrival comes a sense of new life and beautiful transformation.  Spring is the perfect opportunity for you to put new practices in place for a healthy lifestyle.  There is no better time than the present to get fit and get healthyHere are 10 ways to a healthier lifestyle:

1. Avoid white refined or artificial sugar.

2. Stay away from foods that have artificial flavors and preservatives.

3. Eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables.

4. Try to avoid alcohol and tobacco.

5. Get eight hours of sleep per night.

6. Try to exercise at least 30 minutes per day.

7. Get outside to get your daily dose of Vitamin D.

8. Forgive people who have hurt you.

9. Give thanks daily.

10. Give and receive love.
