  1. Face your problems head-on- It’s so easy to get caught up in things. Try to identify your problems when they arise so you can face them head-on.
  2. Be Honest- Being honest with yourself changes the game in every aspect. When you know something isn’t right for you, it isn’t easy to admit at first, but over time with a more honest heart, you’ll be able, to be honest with yourself and you can eliminate things that aren’t right for you.
  3. Make your happiness a priority- Making your happiness a priority is essentially showing yourself love and making yourself number one in your life.
  4. Be kinder- Be kinder to yourself and others. You deserve kindness and gentleness above all else.
  5. Give new people and experiences a chance- By now, you already know yourself so well, you know what you like and don’t like. I believe that giving new people and experiences a chance will challenge and surprise you in so many ways.
  6. Loving that early version of yourself- How many times do you look at old photos and cringe? You were different at that time, and sure, you didn’t make the right decisions, but you were still you! Love that younger version of yourself. Laugh with her and learn from her.
  7. Noticing the beauty in the every day- Small moments may seem mundane, but there’s something beautiful in them. Search to find the beauty in even the smallest moments.
  8. Be more open about how you feel- This has been a big learning lesson for me. I’ve had to open up in ways I never expected to loved ones. It always pays off to be more loving toward those around you.
  9. Notice how wealthy you are right now- You live in abundance even if you don’t see it. There is an abundance of love, money, and health in your life. How great is that? Recognize it and be grateful for it.
  10. Focus on the possibility- Stop focusing on lack. Instead, focus on all the possibilities the world has to offer. Opportunities will come to you when you least expect them to.
