3. Kale chips (you can even make these at home!)
4. Strawberries & celery with peanut butter
5. Handful of pretzels & almond butter
6. Laughing Cow Swiss with cucumber slices

8. Smartfood Cranberry Almond Popcorn Clusters
9. Dried blueberries & a handful of pistachios
10. Celery & salsa (This is super LOW in calories!)
11. Michael Seasons Baked Jalapeno Puffs
12. Greek yogurt topped with frozen strawberries
13. Almond slices & frozen banana
14. Non-fat greek yogurt with a little Nutella (doesn’t that sound delish?)
15. Tomato soup with a little dollop of sour cream
16. Low-fat granola & applesauce
17. Light mac & cheese by Fiber Gourmet
18. Jello!!
19. Summer squash mashed with a little olive oil
20. Apple slices & veggie cream cheese for dip
