#1. Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large pear

½ cup of grapes
- 1 cup of blueberries
?Directions

Wash the pear thoroughly, and remove stem and seeds. Slice into appropriate sizes.

Remove grapes from stem, and then wash grapes and blueberries thoroughly.

Add pear, grapes and blueberries to juicer.

Enjoy! Pour over ice, if desired.
#2. Pomegranate Blueberry Supercooler

Ingredients

1 Part Riesling

Pomegranate Seeds

Cranberries

Teaspoon Agave

Mint
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher

Pour into wine glasses

1 Bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Assorted Sliced Fruit (blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, etc.)
Directions
- Fill ice cube trays with sliced fruit
- Carefully pour Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore over the fruit to fill tray
- Freeze for 4-6 hours and serve in a glass with chilled Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
