Good carbs, bad carb, don’t eat carbs. You know the experts change the rules it seems like it’s every six months. For the first half of the year, we could be told that fruit is the good carb to incorporate into the diet. By the end of June, we may be told to leave fruit to the side because of the natural sugars that fruit produces. It all can become very confusing and just outright annoying.

1. Potato Chips: If you are craving chips make sure they are popped, baked or vegetable chips.
2. Sugary desserts: Pastries ( doughnuts, cookies cakes, pies and candy).
3. Carbonated beverages: Instead substitute for water and natural juices low in sugar.
4. Sugar, honey, jam and jelly.
5. White bread.
