5 Fun Ways to Lose Weight

Have you ever thought about weight loss as fun? I know that comes as a surprise, but there are fun ways to lose weight – it’s true! Losing weight can be seen as such a challenge, but you have to make it fun in order to make it achievable. Here are my five ideas for easy ways to lose weight.

  1. Get your coworkers in on the action. You spend most of the day at work, right? So get your coworkers on a track to weight loss too. You can take turns making healthy lunches or change your lunch to power hour and get out walking.
  2. Make a fun chart. I know this sounds ridiculous, but getting things in writing like your diet and exercise plan, totally helps – and you can make a fun art project out of it (even get your kids to help)!
  3. Do a cleanse with friends. Try out a juice cleanse to kickstart your weight loss. Together you can experiment with all kinds of juices and juice making.
  4. Try new exercise classes. There are SO many fun easy ways to lose weight out there, including totally fun exercise classes. Have you ever tried pole dancing classes or hip hop dance?
  5. Celebrate little successes! This is the best part. Lose five pounds? Get together with your friends for movie night or a shopping trip.
