5 Ways to Instantly Refresh Your Energy

  • Get some sunshine. Just for 5 or 10 minutes – step outside and take it in.
  • Drink a glass of ice cold water. This will hydrate and perk you up.
  • Plug in your headphones. A little music is the perfect afternoon boost.
  • Get up and stretch. Especially if you sit at a desk all day – a little stretch will feel so good.
  • Take a coffee or green tea break. A little caffeine boost may be just what you need.
