My mind is always on makeup. One of my favorite aspects of being a makeup girl is the fact that the industry is always trying to create something new. We’re always trying to come up with new ways to do something or a newer technique to make your makeup look flawless. Some of my favorite techniques are the ones that have to do with eyes. When it comes to eyes, there are so many cool things you can do to change the look of your eyes without surgery, all it takes is a little makeup and know-how. Here are some ways to make your eyes look bigger, brighter, and more awake.
Black Liquid Or Gel Liner- When you want big eyes, one thing that you can do is use black liquid or gel liner. Not only does black liner make your lashes look thicker, but if you concentrate it in the middle part of your eyelid, you can make your eyes look rounder as well. When creating a cat liner, make sure the lined part of the middle of your lid is thicker than the rest of your eye. This will create a round effect.
Highlighter- Use your lightest eye shadow color on the inner corners of your eyes. This will help open up the eyes and brighten your face. Sweep it along a quarter of your bottom lash line for an even bigger effect.
White Or Nude Pencil Liner- I know white liner sounds like a strange thing to keep in your makeup collection, but using a white or nude liner on you waterline will open up your eyes and make you look wide awake.
Lashes, Lashes, Lashes- Curl your lashes, ladies. They add an extra pop to make your eyes look wider, then make sure to use your favorite black mascara, and you’re all set!
