- Use sunscreen every day. In summer, why not simply switch it up and make your daily moisturizer something with sun protection? Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.
- Get a gorgeous sun hat. Make a hat your best friend this summer – especially one with a wide brim.
- Look for clothing with UV protection. It’s great if you can throw on a t-shirt forsummer skin protection, but tightly woven fabrics with UV protection are even better.
- Wear sunglasses. Those UV rays can be tough and even your eyelids can burn!
- Skip the tanning. I know this one is so tough to resist – but skip the tanning bed and all-day layouts. Try a sunless tanner or spray tan to boost your summer glow.
- Drink tons of water to keep skin hydrated.
