6 Tips to Reduce Puffy Eyes
- Wet and chill tea backs (black, green, chamomile or ginseng) and rest them on your eyes.
- Remove all your eye makeup with a good makeup remover.
- Chill down two metal teaspoons in the freezer and rest the backs of your spoons over your eyes.
- Go traditional! Dip cucumber slices in ice water and place the slices over the eyes.
- Cool down a washcloth in a cool ice bath – lay back and rest it on your eyes.
- Get hydrated! Drink a tall, cool glass of water and splash some cold water on your face.
