  4. Exfoliate! Get those dead skin cells out of there and leave room for the new.
  5. Moisturize. Moisture helps prevent wrinkles, lines and other signs of aging.
  6. Cut back on the caffeine – this dries out the skin.
  7. Use sun screen daily. (This one should go without saying!)
