Confidence boosters are all around us and within us.  Sometimes we don’t have time for long chats with friends or a needed tough love session with our personal board of directors.  There are certain situations and moments when we need confidence in an instant.  You can pull directly from yourself for an instant boost.  You are your greatest resource for self-empowerment.  Here are some great confidence boosters to keep in the back of your mind for those much needed moments.

1. Wear that wonderful outfit that perfectly fits you and makes you feel as though you are on top of the world.

2. Go pamper yourself.

3. Replace negative thinking with positive thinking.

4. Focus on things that you are good at.

5. Visualize yourself doing well.

6. Fake it until you make it.

7. Engage yourself in activities that help to build your confidence muscles.

8. Affirm that you are a person with purpose living on purpose.
