MOTIVES SMUDGED SMOKEY EYELINER TUTORIAL

1. Begin by applying “Venus” slightly above the crease
2. Taking “Electra” apply on both the inner and outer corner of the eyes
3. Using “Medusa” apply to the very outer corner of the eyes and blend! Then on a flat brush pat “Theia” onto the center of the lid
4. Using “Motives Black Eye khol” line the lash line and then pat “Medusa”
over top, making sure to really smudge it out in the outer corner to give
it a nice smokey effect
5. Using “LBD” gel liner line the water line and smudge out with “Medusa”
and “Electra”
