An App For Healthy Cooking

We’ve been talking about a lot of different Valentine’s Day options, but how about something simple like a home cooked meal—better yet, a healthy delicious one. But if you’re not exactly great in the kitchen (unlike your skills in the bedroom!), you may need a little help.

Well, just in time for Valentine’s Day, “Dr. Gourmet” has launched the dinner4one and dinner4two mobile apps. Dr. Tim Harlan, AKA Dr. Gourmet, board-certified internist and Medical Director of Tulane University School of Medicine, has created the ultimate resource to prepare a meal that will make your other half fall in love with you all over again (or for the first time!)—and at the same time nourish your own heart.

Dinner4one and dinner 4two are designed for individuals and couples who want to prepare simple, quick and healthy one- and two-serving meals. With a few taps, you will find instructions on how to create appetizing recipes that take 30 minutes or less to prepare, primarily using only one pan for easy clean-up. Preparing two-serving meals for one
person will create even more convenience with leftovers. An abundance of choice and accessible ingredients keeps things exciting in the kitchen!

Try romantic meals like Steak Fajitas, Asian Lettuce Wraps, Roasted Salmon with Red Thai Curry and Corn Bisque with Crabmeat.
