BEAUTY BASICS: HOW TO MAKE YOUR LASHES POP
- Start by curling the lashes. Before you’ve applied any product, use a lash curler to gently curl lashes – this will create the instant illusion of longer, fuller lashes – and will brighten your eyes in a flash.
