Beyonce Baby Weight Loss Diet: How She Lost 60 lbs

Everyone is talking about Beyonce’s baby weight loss diet and how she lost 60 lbs.  This past Memorial Day weekend (the unofficial start of summer!) marked the comeback of “Queen Bey!”  The Revel Resort Ovation Hall hosted the amazing entertainer for a four night concert.  Beyonce not only wowed the audience with her popular playlist but with her very visible svelte body.  Beyonce even admitted on stage how she lost 60 lbs since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy in January!

Beyonce confessed how she lost 60 lbs, saying, “Y’all have no idea how hard I worked!”  The 30-year-old exclaimed to her fans during her concert at Revel Beach’s Ovation Hall Saturday night.  “I had to lose 60 pounds.  They had me on that treadmill.  I ate lettuce!”  Beyonce’s baby weight loss diet also included cardio and plyometric moves, according to her trainer.

Beyonce looks amazing and even revealed her plans for getting “chocolate wasted” after the show to her captivated audience!  It is clear that chocolate is a treat well deserved for a body that amazing 4 months after having a baby.  What do you think of Beyonce’s baby weight loss diet?
