2 things I love about the BET Awards: the red carpet and the incredible performances. I tuned in for the show last night and on the performance front, Ciara absolutely killed it – she is just gorgeous and and was ON FIRE. As far as makeup, we must talk about the array of brightly painted pouts that walked the red carpet.

Pinks, purples and reds look incredible on darker skin tones! Tatyana, Janella and Amber all let their mouths do the talking (no pun intended) and kept the rest of their makeup simple with lots of liner and lashes.
