Booby-licious!  Want perky breasts?  Put your palms together and press firmly moving your arms up and then down starting at chest height. You can do this while watching TV.

Walk and talk – Most of us spend hours on the phone – at work, at home.  So get up!  Walk around while you talk.  Want to stay seated?  Move your legs.  Fidget.  The extra calories you burn will show!

EAT SEXY:

Feeling bloated?  Feel slinky and sexy with these simple tips:

In the Raw – go raw for breakfast.  Starting your day with a bagel or processed carbs is a bad idea.

Start each meal with a soup – gazpacho or hot tomato soup or other vegetable will give you great nutrients and also fill you up so you won’t overdo it with the main course.

Something’s fishy – replace your regular meat with fish.  Lean and packed with nutrients.

Sexy skin – snack on almonds and watercress salad – both super foods for the skin!

BE SEXY:
