One of my favorite things to do is find new ways to use products I already love. DNA Miracles is one of those essentials I always keep in my beauty bag because it’s not just a great collection for the little ones, but it’s also a great set for grownups to sooth certain skin irritations. If you were at MAWC 2015, then you were able to listen in on how I use these products. But just in case you missed it, here are a few ways to use these products for your little one and for yourself. Talk about making the most of your product, time and money!
DNA Miracles for Grownups: 3 Beauty Tips
- For Dry Skin: Washing your hands often, dry winter weather, working in air conditioned offices, or even just doing regular house work does a number on our skin. Which is why moisturizing with a delicate emollient is so incredibly important. Using DNA Miracles Natural Hydrating Baby Lotion is wonderful because it’s a natural option that’s gentle enough on newborn skin, so it’ll do wonders for your own delicate, dry, or irritated dermis. Stash one in your bag for touchups on any kind of skin.
- For Razor Burn: If you have sensitive skin – or even if you just shave regularly – you know how harsh razor blades can be on your skin. Even if you moisturize, the effects of razor burn require a more efficient fix. I suffer from regular razor burn, so when I do have any kind of irritation, I use DNA Miracles Natural Soothing Ointment. This one flies off the shelves, so you can stock up when it’s available to be sure you never run out. The DNA Miracles Natural Diaper Cream is also a fantastic option for rashes and itchy skin.
- In Between Pedicures: If you get regular pedicures, then you know how rough your heels can become during those days in between. But regular hydration with a seriously soothing emollient can help smooth out your rough and tired feet. Grab a pair of socks, smooth DNA Miracles Soothing Ointment on the heels of your feet, and leave it on overnight. Doing this consistently will keep your feet baby soft. This process also works on dry elbows, hands, and knees.
