- Oysters! (a personal fave) Said to be an aphrodisiac, oysters are an especially great source of zinc – and that will aid in your skin cell repair and renewal.
- Tomatoes One of the absolute best ways to get a daily dose of lycopene – our favorite anti-aging antioxidant.
- Spinach Filled with antioxidants, spinach is also jam packed with vitamins E, C, B, iron, potassium, omega-3’s and magnesium – can you believe that?
- Dark Chocolate!! Go ahead, keep a stash in your purse – dark chocolate will help protect your skin from sun damage and will aid in keeping your skin hydrated.
