Get the Look: Ryan Roche at New York Fashion Week

If you’re still reeling with excitement from all the great new looks that came out of the recent New York Fashion Week, you aren’t alone. One of the favorites to rock the runway this season was Ryan Roche, featuring the delicate nudes and pinks she’s known for (you may recall seeing her on TV on The Fashion Fund as a finalist for their favorite designer). Channeling that 90’s minimalist…like a ballerina student between rehearsals, the hair, makeup, skin and even nails were totally on point with Roche’s spring/summer 2016 collection. Keep reading for a step-by-step guide on how to get the classic polished look.

GET THE LOOK: HAIR

  1. Prep hair with Phytovolume Actif Volumizing Spray and rough dry it in. Give the hair a natural and easy center part
  2. Take a 1″ curling iron, bump up the front part of the hair to create more texture and give a natural wave to the hair
  3. Work Phyto Professional Matte Texturizing Pastethrough the ends
  4. Pull the hair back into a low ponytail and roughly twist down to loop the hair into a low knot. To make the hair look as natural as possible, leave out 2 inches toward the end of the twist so it sticks out on the right side.
  5. Finish by misting Phytolaque Soie Hairsprayto keep in place
