Get the Look with Motives®: Stunning Blue
- Begin by applying “Theia” over the entire lid
- Taking “Cleopatra” apply to the outer corner of the eye and bringing the color onto the lid but staying close to the lash line
- Taking “Azure” liner apply a winged liner
- Using the “Radical” Start from the wing and bring the color into the crease creating an ombré effect where both liners meet
- Blend “Rain Check” shadow underneath the lower lash line. For a bit of interest color some of the lower lashes using the “Radical” liner.
