Healthy Cooking at Ileana’s Kitchen

I recently came across a Miami blogger, Ileana de la Parte, and her site Ileana’s Kitchen.  She updates her blog fairly often with healthy and delicious-looking recipes.  In addition to the unique recipes, her soothing voice and whimsical photos make this website bookmark-worthy.  From smoothies to Easter brunch ideas, you’ll find it all here.

Browse the site and discover some gems.  One of my personal favorites is Ileana’s recipe for healthy crepes.  I had no idea there was such a thing!  Read more for the recipe.

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana, sliced

1 1/4 cup orange juice

17.6 oz (1 individual serving) 2% Greek Yogurt

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Place everything in a blender until well combined and serve.
