2. Try a word game.
3. Connect a puzzle.
4. Play card games.
5. Don’t skimp on sleep.
6. Check your stress.
7. Eat foods that boost your memory power. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables and Omega 3’s.
8. Have a glass of wine. Having a glass of wine in moderation will help with memory and cognition.
9. Rehearse information that you have already learned.
