Jennie Garth is showing off a new look after shaping up with a new weight loss and exercise plan following her divorce from long-time husband and Twilight star Peter Facinelli. 40 years old and former star of the famous series Beverly Hills 90210, Jennie Garth’s weight loss and exercise plan included lots of time outdoors, running and riding her horse. I think she looks amazing!

The actress also spent some major time at the gym lifting free weights and participating in 90-minute circuit training sessions. Push-ups, jumping rope and even pushing a tractor tire were all part of the star’s regular routine. Jennie Garth’s weight loss and exercise plan also included a change of diet. She revealed to Us Weekly that her twenty-pound weight loss means eating a lot of Greek yogurt, salads and lean proteins. She also stays hydrated with coconut water.

Jennie Garth is healthier than ever and it’s empowering to see her taking care of herself and her three girls, Fiona (5), Lola (9) and Luca (15) during such a difficult time. I am so excited for her and her new look! Don’t you think she looks great?
