This is the second time in the last week that I have heard about a celebrity shaving their head to show support of a friend (so brave and beautiful!) First country music star Kellie Pickler shaved her head for her best friend who is undergoing chemo for breast cancer and now, Lady Gaga shaved her head as a tribute to famed photographer Terry Richardson.

Terry Richardson’s mother passed away on Tuesday and Lady Gaga, who is a dear friend of Terry’s, posted this photo on her website showing the back of her head completely shaved. The caption writes, “I did it for u Terry. I’m sorry about ure mommy. She has princess die, but were all princess high.”
My condolences and prayers are sent out to Terry and his family.
