Here is How to Enter:

Step 1: Purchase the limited edition LDV Hommes Skincare Value Kit (Product Code:16108)

DATES: Contest will run from Nov 11^th– December 13^th 

SUBMISSIONS: No later than the December 16^th12PM EST you must submit customer names and emails to motives@shop.com titling the email LDVH Contest. (Form Below to Fill Out and Email Back)

• We need: Customer name, email and order #
• NOTE: Must create a sales receipt in the back office to get credit

PRIZES: 5 Unfranchise Owners will win a Lumiere de Vie Poker set that includes the entire men’s skincare line! There are 2 ways to win (must sell at least 3 kits to be entered.)

• 3 Pokers Set Prizes will be awarded to the Unfranchise Owner who sold the most kits in the time frame.
• 2 Poker Set Prizes will be awarded to the Unfranchise Owner whose Social Media post from Step 2 had the most engagement.
