Here’s my advice on makeup for women over 40 and if you have any great tips, please share!
My Makeup Tips for Women Over 40
- Use a gentle cleanser two times a day.
- Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize – and wear an SPF, daily! (You may want to also start thinking about a moisturizing eye cream)
- Face: Try a tinted moisturizer rather than a thick foundation – this will keep your makeup light and prevent it from accentuating pores.
- Brows: Keep brows neatly groomed with a nice arch.
- Eyes: Use a primer to make sure your eye makeup is applied evenly.
- Lips: Try a gloss or lip color that contains lip plumper to keep lips soft and supple.
- Body: Hydrate! Staying well hydrated keeps your skin young, soft and looking great.
- In general – keep your look simple and natural, let your true beauty shine through.
