National Women’s Health and Fitness Day: Celebrate the Right Way

In celebration of National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, I want to share some ways to celebrate! Women’s health is so important. According to the CDC the percent of women aged 18 and over who met the 2008 federal physical activity guidelines for aerobic activity is 49.3%. Let’s get that percentage up this year! You’re the only person who can take charge of your health and fitness so get it done right!

Get Some Exercise In- There are so many ways to get active. Go for a walk this September day or enjoy a new sport. Check out a yoga class or try something completely new. As long as you get your heart going, that’s all that matters.
