I’m a major coffee drinker! Every time I’m feeling low, I give myself a cup to get my energy up. The only problem is that coffee stains my teeth! I can’t stand seeing yellow teeth. So, what do I do? I whiten my teeth in the most natural way. Below are some of my tips and tricks on how to make your teeth look whiter! Check it out below and let me know what you think in the comments section!

Tricks to Make Your Smile Look Whiter
  1. Brush after eating or drinking- One of the quickest ways to keep your teeth white is to go above and beyond your twice a day oral routine. Start brushing your teeth after eating or drinking. Takes a lot of persistence and can be difficult depending on where you eat or drink, but it definitely helps whiten teeth, so might as well give it a shot!
  2. Coconut oil pulling- This is the easiest and gentlest way to whiten your teeth. It’s natural and also helps with bad breath and diseases. Pull coconut oil by taking in a spoonful. Swish it around your mouth for 20 minutes before spitting it out.
  3.  Rub lemon rinds on your teeth- Lemon peels contain beneficial acids to help whiten teeth. Be careful! Lemon rinds include acid, and too much acid could wear away at the tooth’s enamel.
  4. Pick a plum toned lipstick- Orange and red tones bring out yellow hues in the teeth. That’s why you’ve got to go for the opposite shades. Berry, blue shades make your lips bright and shiny. So, go ahead, give them that megawatt smile.
