- Do One Thing You Enjoy – Set aside one hour each week to do something you enjoy, just for the fun of it. Go for a hike, take a class, go shopping, meditate – whatever it is, give yourself that one hour just because you deserve it.
- Plan a Weekend Getaway – Take advantage of the longer days of summer and choose a destination you can get away to for the weekend, like a bed & breakfast or a beach escape.
- Stay In – Book a hotel room in your own city, order room service, wear a robe and slippers, and let someone else take care of you for a change.
