Start by applying Motives Eye Base all over the lid.
Use the following Pressed Eyeshadows:
– Fantasy as transition shade
-Cleopatra from the Dynasty Palette blended on the lid and along the lower lash line
-Stylee blended on the lid
-Electric on the center of the lid
Finish off with Blackout to create a smoked out winged liner
