Society thinks millennial men are unlike any other group of men in history. In some respects, that’s very true. When it comes to love, however, millennial men are both traditional and breaking the mold. Keep on reading to find out what millennial men are really looking for in a woman.
What Millennial Men Really Look for in a Woman
Someone to Fall in Love With
Millennial men are undercover softies and want someone to love. This generation is not engaging in as many casual hookups as you might think. According to Psychology Today, they are more looking forward to having lasting romantic relationships than engaging in casual relationships.
Someone to Pay Their Bills
It’s not a secret that millennials as a whole are in a lot of debt. So it makes sense that 41% of millennial men would marry someone with a higher income than theirs to have them pay off their debt. Varo Money reports that 57% of millennial men note that wealth is a factor when choosing a life partner, and 26% rank it as a significant factor.
Someone Who Shows Interest but Isn’t Thirsty
Don’t show too much interest in a millennial man. But make sure you show your interest in a noticeable way to give him the heads up that it’s okay to pursue you. If you show interest and he still doesn’t catch on, move on. He’s either not interested or can’t take a hint. Men will always take the lead and pursue what is exciting and significant to them.
Someone Who Is Ambitious
Millennial men don’t want someone who is just beautiful. They also want someone who is ambitious and can match them in the pursuit of their goals.
