Melanie Romero started with Market America as a Beauty Advisor through our Motives® Apprentice Program. From there, she grew her business to become an Executive Coordinator. It’s stories like these that inspire me and remind me why we do what we do! We want to make you money! This is one way that your teenagers can do on the side. It doesn’t take away from their school and it’s something they can focus on alongside you. It shows them from a young age the importance of income.
Woman Crush Wednesday: Melanie Romero
Melanie says that the Apprentice Program helped her grow and come out of her shell. She learned how to talk to people and meet people while learning about the business as a whole. Through her experience in the program, Melanie is now helping teen girls to learn and grow through the business in the same way she did. Melanie feels like the “figurehead” of the Apprentice Program. She frequents the Facebook page to answer questions and help those curious about the program. She’s an inspiration to me! Congrats, Melanie on all your hard work.
