Classic, Simple Sofas

Vibrantly-colored sofas with intricate silhouettes are fun but often impractical. There’s something timeless about a simple sofa in a neutral color. Keep it classic and jazz up your couch with blankets and pillows featuring pops of color.

Vintage Pieces with Character

I love the look of vintage décor intermixed with modern details. It’s fresh and quirky, and you know no one else is going to have the same look.

Varied Wood Choice

Mixing a few different types of wood is a bit unconventional but having a space with the same color wood finishes throughout feels very stiff. Try something different and play with finishes and textures for a dynamic new look.

Bold Primary Colors

Millennial pink is out (sorry). So is the all-white look, to an extent. Although all-white is timeless, it’s become everyone’s go-to for instant chic. Instead, stick with the white, but add in a few splashes of dramatic color, like red.

Authentic Spaces

Fall trends overall are steering people away from overly designed living spaces and focusing more on authenticity and personality. Try mixing styles, textures, and prints to give your home the ultimate lived-in vibe.

Bold Kitchens

White kitchens with stainless steel appliances are still a primary go-to, but you can achieve a classic look without going full monochrome. Paint your cabinets a bold neutral color like navy and switch up the hardware for an easy weekend project that packs a big design punch.

Bookshelves with Books

We veered off into new design territory with bookless bookshelves, filled with crystals, terrariums, and framed quotes. But books are back. Choose styles that have interesting covers and spines for an added touch of design elegance.
