Sometimes we just need a little relationship advice. I totally understand. What if you’re someone who’s actually married to your job? It just requires some hard work, attention to the little things and a real commitment to seeing it all work. Relationship Advice for Workaholics
- Communication is key. Making sure your partner knows they are loved and special can mean the world.
- Take time out from work. I know – you’re a workaholic! But, when you can finally step away, give 100% of your attention to your partner.
- Put the blackberry down. Dating a workaholic can be really tough, especially when a blackberry or smartphone gets most of the attention.
- Remind your partner how much you care. Sometimes workaholics are so focused on work, they forget to tell their partners just how much they love them. Your partner will love to hear those words, trust me.
- Be clear and upfront. When you start dating let your sweetie know that you are super dedicated to your job and that you need to be with someone who is ok with making that work.
