Listen up, music fans! Alicia Keys is bringing her musical magic to The Voice. I couldn’t be more excited to watch my dear friend Alicia Keys on TV. I’ve been blessed to experience her warmth, love, and talent firsthand. But fans of the show will certainly get a treat in watching her share her gift by mentoring young performers as they reach for their musical dreams.
A 15-time Grammy winner herself, Alicia served as an advisor on Season 7 of the show. But it will be a different game with her and Miley (also a prior advisor) in the judges’ chairs. “I feel like we’re starting over again on the show this season. It’s like a different show all of a sudden,” said Blake Shelton in an interview with People. I, for one, can’t wait to watch.
The Voice, Season 11, premieres tonight on NBC with Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys joining series regulars Blake Shelton and Adam Levine in what promises to be the most entertaining season yet, according to the network. Click here to watch a preview.
