Earlier today R&B super-star Chris Brown performed some of his biggest hits on NBC’s Today Show summer concert series in Rockerfeller Plaza. Chris Brown shut down the streets of New York City as an estimated 18,000 Chris Brown fans mobbed the plaza making it one of the biggest concert events ever! Fans have been camping out at the plaza since late Wednesday night and the police department were urged to close down more streets creating a traffic mayhem.
