Conscious Uncoupling: What is it?

I am sure you’ve heard the news that Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have decided to end their decade-long marriage. The sad news was announced via Gwyneth’s blog Goop, causing such high traffic, the blog temporarily crashed! You may have also heard that she used the term “conscious uncoupling” to describe their separation. Aren’t sure what that means? Read on to learn a little more.

Gwyneth shared a 2,000 word essay by the husband and wife doctor/dentist couple, Dr. Habib Sadehi and Dr. Sherry Sami to explain the theory. Here’s a glimpse inside or take a look at the full report. And, that: “The idea of being married to one person for life is too much pressure for anyone.”
