Even though it’s been reported that sales of Halloween costumes are down, I think the ones we’ve seen this year have been some of the most creative yet! Hollywood always goes all out for this holiday in particular, shocking us, confusing us, making us laugh and yesterday was no exception! Celebs have been dressing up all week for events and trick or treating with family and now that it’s all over, here are my top 3 Halloween costumes for 2013. They are crazy and so unique – Heidi Klum went geriatric for her annual party, Sandra Bullock was completely undercover as a fisherman and Ellen hosted her show as Nicki Minaj wearing one of the singer’s most infamous outfits.
