I was thrilled to hear that E! has paired up with Britney Spears to air a 90 minute documentary about the performer. We’ve all watched Spears experience highs and some pretty devastating lows over the years, but a tell-all documentary could definitely help answer some lingering curiosity.

I Am Britney Jean offers, “an intimate look at one of the most overexposed yet under-revealed stars of today as she faces one of her biggest challenges ever while finishing her album, shooting videos, doing press — and being a mom.”
With a new album on the horizon (Spears recently tweeted the upcoming track list!), set to release December 3 and her new two-year Planet Hollywood residency opening December 27, Spears is one busy lady! Between life as a mom and life as a performer, this upcoming documentary should give us a fascinating look at day to day life for Spears. I’ll definitely be watching I Am Britney Jean December 22 on E!, will you?
