Jennifer Aniston continues her support for breast cancer research, following her latest project as director for Lifetime with the documentary ‘Five’, a film that follows five women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Jennifer recently designed “Reach for the Moon” tee’s, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the shirt go towards finding a cure for breast cancer.
