Kim Kardashian and sister Kendall Jenner were photographed back on the set of the all female Ocean’s Eight on Monday. They were looking stunning in the same Givenchy gowns we saw them in back in January, when they went in for their preliminary shots. There isn’t much information out there about their cameos, but there have been rumors that their scenes will be taking place during the annual Met Gala.
I’m so proud of Kim and Kendall and I can’t wait to see them on the big screen next summer. I just wish we didn’t have to wait so long! This isn’t the first time Kim’s made an appearance in movies. As you’ll remember, she also shot scenes for Disaster Movie, Deep in the Valley and Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.
Ocean’s Eight is a spin-off of the George Clooney trilogy and it’s Sandra Bullock’s character Debbie Ocean that connects the two franchises. Debbie is Clooney’s character Danny Ocean’s estranged sister. Debbie assembles the perfect crew, Lou (Cate Blanchett), Rose (Helena Bonham Carter), Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway), Nine Ball (Rihanna), Tammy (Sarah Paulson), Amita (Mindy Kaling), and Constance (Awkwafina) to pull off the perfect jewelry heist.
Other confirmed guest stars include Heidi Klum— who was photographed on set today with Kim, James Corden, Richard Armitage, Adriana Lima, Dakota Fanning, and Damian Lewis who is the main bad guy and the target of the heist. Matt Damon is also confirmed to bring back his Ocean’s character Linus Caldwell.
I have a feeling this film is going to be incredible and maybe they’ll hire Kim and/or Kendall to join the main girl squad for any sequels!
