Last night, Lady Gaga aka “momma monster” greeted her “little monsters” at her Best Buy album launch in Union Square NYC. The mega pop star, walked in sporting ripped fishnet stockings, leather boots, and a tiny little leather suit. Fans who were camping out since Saturday got a chance to take
signed memorabilia from the Gaga. As part of Gaga’s promotion additionally the first 50 people to buy a cellphone at the store on Sunday morning, received a free copy of Gaga’s new “Born this Way” album and a chance to get an autograph from mother monster herself.
Earlier that evening Amazon.com who sold the album for $0.99 cents, were experiencing difficulties to set it. Downloads of the album were delayed, leaving folks unable to get the entire album immediately upon purchase. Amazon issued the following statement:
Amazon is experiencing high volume and downloads are delayed. If customers order today, they will get the full Lady Gaga, Born This Way album for $0.99. Thanks for your patience.
Perhaps amazon.com’s volume came from Gaga’s 10 million + Twitter followers 🙂
