Pink Sheds 55 Pounds After Pregnancy And Shares Her Secrets in Shape Magazine

How amazing does Pink look on the cover of Shape magazine! Not only is she one of my favorite artists, but I’m inspired by her determination to lose the 55 pounds she gained after giving birth to her daughter Willow. In the November issue of Shape magazine Pink shares some of her workout secrets with trainers Jillian Michaels and Jeannette Jenkins on how she got her rock-hard body back.

In the article, Pink says that she worked out for 60 to 90 minutes five days a week her trainer Jeanette Jenkins. Pink’s trainer Jeanette Jenkins notes, “A powerful core gives her the endurance to perform, but it’s important for everyone, to carry a bag, pick up your kid, or play a sport, you use the muscles of your middle – when they’re strong, you decrease your risk of injury and back pain.”
