The voice of the iPhone’s Siri has been revealed as voiceover talent Susan Bennett! While Apple hasn’t confirmed the suburban Atlanta resident is Siri, Bennett claims otherwise. Having done this type of work for other companies since the 1970’s, she had no idea that the voice tracks laid out eight years ago would go on to become Apple’s famous virtual assistant.
According to CNN, “Professionals who know her voice, have worked with her and represent her legally say she is Siri. And an audio-forensics expert with 30 years of experience has studied both voices and says he is “100%” certain the two are the same.”
