I’m so proud of my dear friend Shakira! Yesterday Shaki was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the first Colombian artist to ever receive it.
“I would like to dedicate this to the Latin community in the U.S, a community that restlessly works and dreams and works everyday to make this a better country,” said Shakira.
Although, I’m not Colombian I have many friends who are and know how proud they are of her. I’ve known Shakira for 10 years and she is Colombia’s pride and joy and totally deserved it!
