There’s no one more admired than Taylor Swift for her incredible generosity with both helping out fans and her wide spread philanthropic donations, but her latest effort is truly incredible. If you haven’t yet seen the headlines, Swift recently donated $50,000 to a little baby who was diagnosed with cancer. The nephew of one of Swift’s backup dancers, Kim “Toshi” Davidson, little Ayden is just 13 months old.
The family set up a Go Fund Me page for baby Ayden after his diagnosis to help raise funds for what will be a long and ongoing list of medical expenses. The family set the goal for the page at $20,000 and Swift more than doubled that with her generous donation. Making her pledge right on the Go Fund Me page, here’s what she said:
“Baby Ayden, I’m lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor.”
From helping a fan pay off her student loans to actually getting out there and lending a helping hand when needed, Taylor Swift really does go above and beyond to share her wealth and a loving heart – it’s pretty incredible.
