I recently came across this inspiring speech by Ashton Kutcher from his acceptance of “the old guy award” at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards and just had to share. After spending a weekend with 20,000 focused entrepreneurs during MAIC, seeing this put a perfect cap on the event. The actor’s honesty and genuine passion for motivating others to be hardworking and unique individuals is just astounding. I absolutely loved his speech and know you will, too.
