There was big news for fans of comedy series Will & Grace this week when NBC announced a reboot “coming soon.” Following the cast’s political spoof, “Vote, Honey” during the presidential campaign, teasers on social media began to make fans wonder if there was a possibility of a reboot for 2017. The network then confirmed the rumors with this simple message:
“Will. Grace. Karen. Jack. TV’s favorite foursome is coming back to NBC for a 10-episode limited run during the 2017-18 season.” (via NBC)
Will & Grace: The Reunion is Coming
“The limited series will reunite Emmy winners Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes, and Megan Mullally with series creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, who will serve as showrunners and executive producers. James Burrows, who directed the entire eight-season run of the original series, will serve as director and executive producer on the revival.” (via Fox News)
There’s no set date for the limited release of Will & Grace. But we do know it will take place during the 2017-2018 television season.
